“Hey MOM!”… “Can I do this?” “Can we do that?” “Can we go here…wait…How about we go there?” “Can we? Can we? Can we, please?” We are seven sentences into this and I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted by these simple questions consistently asked by the sweetest little humans this world has ever known—my kids (and yours).
Parenting is the hardest job I have ever had. Just like you, I want to be a good at it. I want my kids to laugh. I want them to look at their childhood and see happiness. I also want them to grow into responsible, successful, caring individuals that will someday step from our home into this world ready to take it on.
